Here at Square 1, we endeavour to apply psychological and neuroscience research into successful real-world applications to improve and maintain organisational wellbeing and performance. We provide a consultancy service to organisations to build competency, equipping staff with knowledge and tools which are proven to achieve measurable results. Depending on the individual needs of the organisation, we provide a bespoke service which can be utilised with:
- Individual members of staff in areas of the organisation which are suffering from performance or morale deficiencies
- Groups of staff which would benefit from bolstered wellbeing
- Building capability in senior management through a top-down approach
Our programmes are designed to fuse scientific theory with the practical tools needed to help individuals and groups to achieve their potential. We work with employees to develop a thorough understanding of their own emotions and behaviour to build resilience and strengthen psychological wellbeing. Our programmes work by equipping staff to effectively deal with work-life stressors; giving staff the tools they can rely on to remain calm, even in the most chaotic situations; and the motivation to push through challenges and rise above, performing to the best of their ability.
